nask! contemplative header image wak!

Welcome to naskwak!

I'm Naskwak!

This is my new website for Neocities. I'm developing this site on github since it's a lot easier to manage, but this site will eventually be republished to neocities.org. Chances are you're seeing this on naskwak.github.io Exciting stuff!

For a year or two, I've studied graphic design/art in college, and have created a professional portfolio in Webflow. While I love my portfolio dearly, I feel it is not the best place to talk about my interests and display my experimental stuff. Don't get me wrong, I've got some wacky stuff shown there already, but as far as website design I want to really let loose, and what better place to debut such an endeavor than NEOCITIES!

So this is not my first official site, but I can say this is the first one I've handcrafted with raw HTML and stylesheets. Amateur web-devving is really cozy for me, and I envy the creative freedom of the Internet's "wild-west era," Geocities and Web 1.0.

I like to make posters, play retro games, create art, and take photos. I hope you like what you see here in the future!

Sincerely,
Mx. Rutherford Naskwak III (not my real name)
